At Portia and Scarlett, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your gown is not the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible full-priced items. Please ensure all garments remain in original condition with tags attached and free from any signs of wear, makeup, or alterations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria before issuing a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gown in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside and ship it to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a digital gift card for the purchase amount to your registered email address, valid for 12 months.
